There is possibility it could be accepted or rejected. The second nonsense written in the report is that Nigeria will be moving from 6-3-3-4 to 12-4. This is a misnomer, Nigeria currently operates the 9-3-4 system. The journalist is a product of the failed educational system in Nigeria. Such a pity

This is not a good reform it'll only end up killing the drive for education producing more illiterates. Nobody wants to spend their productive years schooling. What the government should be thinking about is how to reform the educational system to focus on teaching modern education that focuses on solving our today's problems. Let it begin from the tertiary institutions let us start producing graduates that can create solutions for our today's challenges. The world is changing AIs and new technologies are taking over let us start teaching our people how to survive what's coming. One major problem we have in this country is using yesterday's solutions to solve today's problems.

The problem is not with the current education structure of 6-3-3-4.
This same system had produced excellent products working in and outside of Nigeria and doing excellently well.

The problem is with proper application and appropriation of funds , genuine follow up and continuity in implementation.

I’m so pretty sure this néw development is solely to steal public fund again. When you see them coming with baseless and backwards innovation just know it’s about to go down. They want to go on a money stealing spree! Thieves.

The thieves pretending they are not aware of the education practices in the west. How intentional governments in the west are heavily relying on technology to build robust educational system.

How western government develop systems that practically offer access to quality education to all regardless of your class as a citizen.

Policies they make is not about how much it will benefit the citizens but about how much is in it for them to steal and embezzle.

They train the children anyhow such that some don't know how to read properly then the parent conclude the child should go and learn carpentry after primary 6. Ask such person to fill bank teller it is problematic

Due to terrible primary school some did WAEC and yet to fill the same bank teller or read anything is a problem

The government also need to ensure that teachers are monitored properly, especially primary school teachers. 50% of primary 6 school children cannot read yet they will move to JSS

That's means all primary school and secondary schools must merge . Thereia no separate primary school or separate secondary schools again

...it's not only for the federal government to introduce grade 1-12....the important thing is for the federal government to repair,rehabilitate, upgrade primary and secondary schools that are in deteriorable and bad conditions, provide facilities and education facities to the schools, laboratory equipments, computers, libraries and also to address the high inflation that has made school fees to be very expensive and education materials.. exercise books, text books to be very expensive for parents unable to provide for their children which has also lead to out of school children
