Do not do any transfer from an ATM machine or online as ATM machines or online card transactions do not have provision for narrative where you are expected to put your e-account. If you do not have a Mobile App for that account or your transfer limit is below the amount you want to transfer, just walk up to the branch of the bank of the account and do the transfer. Fill in the e-account on the narrative/reference/description field of the form and insist on the staff using it as you filled it without any other addition.

FBN quest still stands out. They are the best when it comes to daily accrual /interest the two years.

I have Ucap, Stanbic, quantum zenith, norrenberger. FBN QUEST stands out
Why did you say so? Interest rate ?

I Sincerely hope they imporve. Axa mansard is a darling. I have never had any course to mail or call them. Everything is smooth with them.
Even when you have a reason to reach out to AXA Mansard, they respond promptly and address your issues or concerns efficiently.

I think this is one area stanbic ibtc is seriously lacking! I don't know why an organization dealing with financial matters won't take their customer support serious. Money will be hanging & these guys can't even reply their mail even after 48 hours. Not assuring at all.

No need to worry in as far as you have the transfer receipt. Today is End Of Month and weekend is coming. End of month is always a busy day for banks.

It's not exactly same here. I don't understand what's going on from my end and I've been sending mails.
So I funded my account one afternoon and the next day, early morning. The amount funded I funded in the afternoon just shows as processed but doesn't show as part of my balance while the one I funded the next morning is already part of my previous balance. I'm also not seeing daily interest accrued as I use to see them. Account seems to be static.
Re: Mutual Funds by Skudi: 9:53am On Feb 01, 2025
Pls do mmf also pay dividends as they pay daily interest on amount invested?
My thought is that mmf only pay return on investment as daily interest.pls I need a clarification on this.

MMF don't pay interest daily rather interest is accrued daily and it's paid/reinvested every quarter depending on your option during registration

To your first question the answer is YES and NO.

Yes, if the mutual fund is equity base or balance fund. Basically the underlying assets determine the risk involved in any mutual fund.

No, if the mutual fund is money market fund. It's not possible to lose money here because the underlying asset is basically treaury bills.

The word best is relative so it will not be possible to just say a particular fund manager is the best. Different customers have different experiences with different managers. Customers rate managers base on what they are looking at for - rate, customer service, online presence and easy of navigation etc.

You can chat me up if you need more guide.
By the way I use and represents Stanbic, Norrenberger and SFS capital.
Hello,

If the top up was done after 12 pm your funds will reflect after COB today.

That is how it works, all deposit before noon have same day value and returns while deposits done after 12pm gets next business day value and returns. Please check again much later today you will see it reflected.

Thanks for the patronage.

It’s better to visit their branches when you have major issues. Mails to those customer care mailboxes usually lead to several back and forth.
