Mr Governor, that small white patch on your head seems to me like a sign of wisdom. Keep the good work going. But i must warn you, pls avoid too much grammar like your predecessor. A.y.a.de who spoke only English for 8 years without anything to show for it. Talk less but do more in silence. |

Putindbutt:Person wey dey ment. They never see any good thing in what others are doing. Investors that want to invest in such huge project no go do feasibility studies naaaa. They will just bring their money to come and waste or they don't know that there is an existing port in Calabar before. |

Putindbutt:Feasibility study approved by the government that also owns Calabar seaport? If you are not super dumb, would you not have done concession or even privatisation of the Calabar seapor, like PDP did for Indorama concerning NNPC petrochemicals division? |

Dadiye:Its a normal business like any other... Why shouldn't the company own something it is building from scratch? Africans and thoroughly funny ways of thinking... Built it yourself. You won't. But when a private enterprise wants to do it you still want to claim ownership. Funny! |

TimeManager:Honestly you are very correct. Those fools forgot the present Edo and Delta state were part of Western region and after separation, the west didn't want to forcefully attached themselves to us. Many of our parents benefitted from Awolowo Free education. My dad was an example. He went to University of Ibadan for free. Igbos don't want to maintain their five state as a zone for now but want to forcefully attach south south to their region. Na by force. |

Odingo1:Where is this Southwest propaganda? Onne even does more volume that Apapa port! Nothing has stopped all the other ports. This agreement was reached with a Yoruba man in office. Completly nauseating! Is Tinubu not building a road from Lagos to Calabar? You're projecting your tribalism on others. |

With the government owning 80% of these projects, where are all the promised jobs? Have you even checked if these agreements favor the government, or are we just signing up for another arbitration mess in the future? Think before you talk. kedeojo: |

TimeManager:Can you stop being stupid. Bring the full details of the company Arise IPP let us see who they really are. This is typical SPV that would be used to steal money and in the end we will not see ant port. |

TimeManager:Oga just shut up and stop all this propaganda. When was the last time an ocean going vessel visited Onne. I remember last year when you people want to use propaganda and hide the real fact about Eastern ports. You will now bring a write on an ocean going vessel discharging at Onne, after that the next 7months we will hear nothing. That Arise IPP the name alone is already fishy. This is a classical SPV that will be used to funnel money. I can bet you by 2027 we will not see any bush clearing talk more of a port. |
