Go to River State and see for yourself bloody agbadorian
All Nyesom Wike’s foundation, same Nyesom Wike who you were praising, until he teamed up with your nemesis Jagaban Borgu to seize the reins of power from those wannabe impostors.

Yes we all know that Fubara is Nyesom Wike’s rebellious puppet that he singlehandedly picked for u to be your Governor.

Oga people just defect from one party to the other you are requesting for party register do you think lawyers are like you
blacknp:
Defection wey dey no gazette, do you know what u are talking about? Even the constitution of 1999 As Amended allows one to cross carpet if there are perceived fractions in the political party, I am the authentic Chairman of Pdp, I have said it publicly.

Does that make me The Pdp Chairman? the only proof of party membership is registration, go to their various wards & bring out the APC members register to check if their names are in the register.

That is all the Court needs to see, affidavit, television declaration na for show.

This guy is just playing on the unintelligence of the Ronu gang. Cause he clearly knows that the matter withdrew by Fubara at the supreme court was ONLY about the 2024 budget passage. Nothing else.

But trust Nigerians not to read the judgement before blabbing.

Edited: Just had a view of my mentions now and I was correct.

Ronu gang is synonymous to unintelligence.

Just read the news for God's sake!
Are you alright? So you are brilliant and educated than the speaker ba? Fubara your lord will learn a bitter lesson soon dey here dey yarn thrash.

All the Court wants to see is the APC’s party register from their respective wards to peruse whether their names are entered in it as conclusive evidence.

If nothing is entered in the register of members, na just normal waste of time chasing shadows.

Much ado about nothing whatsoever, the law is unambiguous.

Assuming but not conceding that their names are in it, The Register belongs to The APC, they can edit it remove their names & present it to the court.

It’s a loss loss situation for Fubara.

Wike is insatiable! He cannot eat his cake and has it. He is wasting his time spending money to the corrupt judges as Nnamdi Kanu described them. Useless Judges!

So you don't know that by defecting with sworn affidavit is automatic vacation from their sit and a calls for a rerun for new lawmakers to come in

Has a Court declared that what they swore to in the affidavit is a lie?

They have a reason for fighting their own Pdp Governor, that alone is enough for defection, they cannot work in the same party with him.

No be Pdp we saw on video last month fighting themselves who The Secretary of The party is?

No, they are not the biggest loser.
The worst that could happen would be none recognition of them by Gov. Fubara but their entitlements will be paid them before the commencement of the next election by the RSG.
It's all a strategy.

Now hushpuppy20 ask yourself, is there a division in Pdp in Rivers State, are they @ odds with themselves?

Ok so we should thank Nyesom Wike for giving us Fubara abi?

Because we know u had no say whatsoever in his emergence as Governor, or did you vote for Fubara as instructed by Wike against APC’s Tonye Cole?

APCHaram:
Dey play.

Our democracy does not call for a one man show.

The legislative acts as a check and balance of the executive

Fubara has shown that he is a despot by assuming he has powers to sack duly elected lawmakers and run Rivers state with a handful of rubber stamp stooges .

This is pure rascality and all of you supporting this madness from Fubara are not only anti democratic but against the rule of law .

If Tinubu were to try this at national level and have 90% of Senators and Federal Law makers barred from the NASS and use a handful of blind loyalists to pass budgets and bills for his own selfish agenda , will you be in support of such madness ?
Stop writing nonsense out of crass ignorance. Fubara did not declare the seat of the lawmakers vacant
Then speaker Edison Ehie did

Please who appointed Edison Ehie Speaker of the SHA in the first instance because we all know that there were three members of the SHA that were suspended by Amaewhule who was the original Speaker?

Which is even worse?

Edison Ehie or Oko Jumbo declaring the seats vacant or Gov. Fubara saying that he does not recognize Amaehule and his co travellers as members of the SHA?
