I 'think' it's about where the coach is coming from. You will see people complaining of Coach Olowokere teams consisting of more Yorubas too. Though coach Oyin Zubair is from Kwara, He spent some time in the North.

Some sources say there will be Dele Tom Bashiru of Watford in the 31 man list. Either one of Ugochukwu or Chukwuemeka will make the list most likely the latter. Arthur Okonkwo May likely get a slot in the goalkeeping department. Tolu of Genk is also making a strong statement for inclusion in the squad list
