Let's be honest, that law shouldn't be in existence in the first place. Every country wants their companies to win deals, make money and bring a lot more home. That way, the companies can create jobs and pay huge taxes to the government. If American companies are involved in unethical practices overseas, the foreign government should prosecute them. Trump needs money to reposition Trump Country! |

![]() In all honesty, i see nothing wrong with bribing officials to secure deals I know it gives unfair advantage to others but somehow, it relaxes competition and makes the one who spends more(to seal a deal) get motivated to give a perfect job Business tycoons and Kings/Emperors in the past used this to win stuffs over tom themselves Life is very easy when you dont have to compete for everything like its some world cup |

Make Corruption Great Again! By the way, this is NOT surprising. Trump himself ran a CRYPTO SCAM a day before his inauguration His scam WRECKED 810,000 people. Yet there are FOOLS that'll swear on their grandmother's grave that he's the paragon of integrity and honesty. |

SmartPolician: EmperorCaesar:I hope you guys are being sarcastic, otherwise I'll have no option than to think you have a severe case of inferiority complex. Since when did it become normal to bribe government officials under any circumstances? And most importantly, would you have said the same thing if this was the Nigerian government that cancelled such a law against bribery? |

EmperorCaesar:You will say this and probably still complain about the state of Nigeria. Enjoy. |

SmartPolician:Now that America champions it, it is not a crime or unethical. Why should it be a crime for individuals then? ![]() |

This is a law I completely support. Chinese companies have been winning all the contracts worldwide through bribery while USA tied her own arms with moralizing. |

reality is that there is no utopia out there, its a dog eat dog world. i understand that theres a country that runs sanctioned scams and hacks. everyone got to look out for theirs first. in the same vein as the suspension of the FCPA, the Nigerian goveenment should look into having the efcc let our keyboard warriors be especially when its foreign based deals and heists that they pull, they can frown on and arrest those doing local but those doing foreign should be let be and instead taxed. |
