When someone is building normal roads, he shouldn't be ranting about "world class roads".

I'm sure he does not sing his praises. Aba and abia people have suffered series of bad governance in the best. Oti is the total opposite of what they are use to.

For those of us that have never been to that state, reading the comments here is making me confuse. Some are saying he's doing well, while others are saying he's not.
Who are we supposed to believe? What's the yardsticks being used to measure whether or not he's doing well?
