The Psalmist is talking as God's servant who is under watch before the angels of God each time not just everyone.

This is what the scripture teaches:

"For the eyes of Jehovah are roving about through all the earth to show his strength in behalf of those whose heart is complete toward him. You have acted foolishly in this matter; from now on there will be wars against you.” 2 Chronicles 16:9

Jehovah has designed some angels with eyes all over their bodies to be watching throughout the earth {Ezekiel 10:12} it's these creatures that's reporting to Him Satan confirmed that this angels are the reasons why he (Satan) couldn't do anything to hurt Job {Job 1:10} Satan is asserting that these angels are standing around Job like body guards so he (Satan) feels intimidated with their presence but if God should command them to move away so that he can hurt Job the man will stop serving God.

So the Psalmist is talking about servants of God who are under the watch of His angels 24/7 not just everyone!

As for where He is, haven't you read, it is written in Isa.57.15 The high and lofty one who inhabits eternity, the Holy One, says this: "I live in that high and holy place with those whose spirits are contrite and humble. I refresh the humble and give new courage to those with repentant hearts.

Have you not heard? Ps.24.3 Who may ascend the hill of the LORD(YHVH)? Who may stand in his holy place?

JWs use to give ourselves to people who are humble and willing to learn not arrogant people.

If you ask the question respectfully there is no reason to deny you knowledge we have nothing but things given to us! 1Corinthians 4:7

So correct yourself by addressing JWs respectfully and we will TEACH you!

I have solved that problem for you. Trinity is an insult against the creator of heaven and earth. God is the creator, he is not part of creation. Does not make sense. Whatever he created was created inside of him. We are part of God and God is part of us. Whatever Christians claim for Jesus is applicable to every human being. If he can do magic. There are people who can too....BUT worshiping a man as God is nothing short of idolatry. That was the main reason he was punishing the Jews.
