Good day nairalanders, when I logged out of this forum a couple of days ago, I had no intentions of coming back online until later on in the year, I even deleted my nairaland app.

But when I came across this YouTube channel during the week, I had to wait until it's the weekend so that I can redownload my nairaland app since I didn't delete my nairaland account, because this requires the options of the jollof nation... ... For me it's quite shocking because I've never came across a black SA guy who's not only dating a Nigerian lady, but married to one because it's quite rare seeing black SA guys dating foreign African ladies the same way it's rare seeing Nigerian ladies dating SA guys.

The difference between the wealthy Nigerian man and the wealthy South African man is that ,the SA man will use his position and influence to uplift the women in his life ; make sure there is a significant female representation in his company, department, institution etc. Those women will forever be grateful to him because he has given them an opportunity to do for themselves without bending a knee everytime they want a new car .

There are reasons why the most independent , women leaders in Africa are mostly found in ; South Africa, Rwanda, Botswana and Kenya. Men in these countries don't see women as liabilities,burden or* little kids to be dashed pocket money*. Women are partners not subjects.

SA has the highest number of black dollar millionaires after USA, and females make up a significant number of those,and no ....they were not given those riches by their men,they were given equal opportunity in education, funding etc both at home and by the government. When you can feed yourself ,someone else's money comes as an extra , a SA woman from birth is groomed to know this. That's why we don't have women chased out of their " husband's houses" ....because there is no such here....a woman and a man are co-owners of the home.

There are reasons why you'll never hear men from any other place beating his chest over *taking care of women * the way Nigerian men do . Listen to British ,USA, Japanese men etc none will tell you how they are the centre of their women's world. But look at countries like Pakistan,Nigeria, Somalia etc the men there cannot wait to tell anyone who can hear how their women depend on them even for toothpaste . Even when they set up that mini-business for them ....the men will announce this gesture to the world .

With that being said; there is no country in the world where men* don't take care*of their women's * spend more on relationships than women*......common sense should tell you. Men earn more and are also more likely to be self sufficient than women. But normal men don't make noise about this because it comes naturally to them.

There are only about 86 000 SA married to foreign nationals out of a population of about 60 million . And most of the females are married to Zim, German,India British, Mozambique, Pakistan, ( I won't count Lesotho, Swaziland &,Botswana). Nigeria is not even in the top 10. So I'm wondering where all this * SA women love Nigerian men* nonsense comes from if not from Nigerian men themselves . Stats and the anti- Nigerian sentiments in the country don't prove that...but in the heads of some Nigerian men...we all don't know what's going on in our country...only them know . Inferiority complex Masked with hot bravado . There is a certain type of SA woman who would be willing to date a Nigerian man and even make it public in SA ,and her family don't want her around...her friends are all dating Nigerians ,she has no job ,business, education etc. Basically has nothing to lose and everything to gain ...she is actually the winner as she comes with nothing but baggage ( two or three kids mostly) .
And the relationships and marriages usually don't last ...the Nigerian man can't lord over her in her country(if she ain't stupid) as she has the police and courts in her favor. And she would never move to Nigeria where she will be like most Nigerian women ( powerless ) . Once he comes into financial distress...she leaves because he nolonger has what she came for, why be with a Nigerian if you're not going to be heavily compensated for it ?

And yes,we know you pay women to give birth to.your kids ...you even rent their love . A SA broke man can sleep with the same SA woman you're* taking care of *without giving her dime ,just his personality ....no SA woman would ever date a Nigerian who has no paper to offer her.

And lastly, know between outliers vs norm. SA women dating Nigerian men are not a norm but outliers in SA. Nigerian men mostly recycle the same women. She dates Chike in Durban, moves to Cape Town to marry Tunde .
