Stanbic MMF is still the best. The only issue I have with the management is that low daily interest.

When it comes to efficiency as in handling your investments, they are second to none.

That's FBNQUEST FOR U, they started acting up for some time now. If the particulars submitted does not meet with the requirements they won't bother reverting back.... Pls call their customer care. And i do not know if we are allowed to drop customer services number here?

Call them on phone.

They delayed me and I had to follow them over the phone bumber to bumber.


Their excuse was that they have a lot of requests they're fulfilling.

There might be some mix-up. I agree they can be quite frustrating with KYC, but I’ve never had this kind of issue with them before. As long as the address on the utility bill matches what’s on the form, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Open the account online. Some of these staff do not know anything. I have opened StanbicIBTC account online for many people. It is my landlord's name that is on my utility bill and i used it to open for myself and my wife.

For Stanbic, documents that can be used in place of utility that bears your name:

Any government- issued ID that carries your address

NIN slip

Bank account statement

In all cases, the address on the document you are presenting in place of utility bill, should be the address you will write on the account opening form during registration.

For Norrenberger and others, a utility bill not older than three months will fly irrespective of the name it bears.

Rates will not always be high and vice versa. When we get there the market will give investors direction. Mainhile enjoy the current rates while it last.

All fund managers Stanbic inclusive pay accrued interest quarterly. However, if you opt for reinvestment of interest, Stanbic reinvest accrued interest monthly.

Tomorrow’s CBN MPC meeting will decide. With inflation rebased downwards, there’s a good chance the MPR will be reduced, but it’s unlikely to be a major cut.

Which are all top notch. Yet Stanbic IBTC still stand tall among them. When your Stanbic IBTC app is well set, you can do everything seamlessly without human interactions. I only have issues with them when I had to contact humans and that's because of the newbie/rookies they have as CSR these days.

Then I later discovered that paying through Opay was an issue to them too because it will always not be credited till after series of back and forth.
