I always assumed the goal of a place like this was to have honest discussions that elucidate understanding.
Repeatedly writing something that you know is misleading at best doesn't do that.

Only Congress can cut spending or gut programs. As when Congress passes a bill and it is signed by the President it is law.
For Democrats to cut Defense spending, they not only have to pass a new law eliminating the program (which is tough without a Filibuster proof Senate), it would also have to be signed into law by a President.
So the Democrats would have to control the House, the Senate and the White House. And they would have to control the Senate by 60 votes.

Everyone of your posts is some form of trolling.

I didn’t say countries should open their doors to illegal immigration. I’m personally against illegal immigration and I wouldn’t advise anyone to go that route.

But if you are stunned by the huge figure that is spent on them, I felt it was only proper for you to be aware of the huge figures they contribute as well.

For example they pay into social security that legal citizens retire on and they’ll never be eligible to collect. In fact our govt borrows money from that pot to fund projects when they claim the govt is too broke. So financially, they are a net positive.

I’m against illegal immigration for other reasons outside of whatever money they are supposedly costing us.

Inflation is rising due to labor scarcity on the farms which has led to reduced food supply, forcing buyers to pay more.

The imposition of import tariffs on goods simply means consumers will pay more for goods as the duties paid on those goods would be passed on to the consumers.

DOGE is playing an advisory . Elon is not being paid, initially he tweeted he needed volunteers with a high IQ and skills before the inaugration.
But DOGE is a fully established body with it's own staff and mandated to look into govt IT systems . It's just USDS rebranded and repurposed to catch and prevent waste.
