Advice To The Igbos by Ochomastel(op): 8:12pm On Feb 18, 2025
The only way Igbos can stop this insults they keep receiving from Nigeria and stop basking in the limitless streak of victimization is to stop playing ostrich to emotions, come out in full force and take power by any means necessary like the MAJORITY ETHNIC GROUP that you are. Stop playing politics of emotions, stop allowing the euphoria of secession keep pushing you away from the circle of isolationism, stop the "us vs the rest" mentality and join the tripod stand of power. Obi needs to stop playing the populist nice man politics cause that will only make him popular, but won't get him the presidency! It's time to get ruthless and if necessary make strategic alliances with the core North who are now divided over the Tinubu administration.

Igbos will stop all this insults coming their way and start reaping the benefits of power they have been denied for decades if they play POLITICS NOW. Una no get seaport, una no get any vital Federal presence in the SE, the FG of the SW have joined Buhari in continuing the politics of sidelining the South East even in Federal appointments and infrastructures.

Igbos need to align with the core North, heal the wounds from the coup/civil war including every fractured history the East has with the North, make concessions and strike political deals with the North, and leverage on the cracks in the APC power structure between the SW and core North to position themselves in a position to negotiate for power come the next election. The only true friends of the Igbos might ironically be the North right now...forget the forced alliance with the South South, those ones only benefit from Igbo alliance when it favors them.

Lastly stop pandering to secessionist sentiments from the likes of Nnamdi Kanu, Ekpa etc...yes it's fine to want Biafra, but you can only get Biafra or a semblance of that from a position of POWER- forget emotions and deal with the hard facts of reality. The Biafran agendas started in recent history since the days of Ralph Uwazurike ended up producing nothing but stagnancy, fast forward to Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa- same story! Igbos wake up o!

Advice is for Obidients, Ndigbo don't involve themselves with what you've typed, it's an Obidient thing.

If only we could separate them from their tribe, a tribe mainly full of loving, helpful and wonderful people.

People like this are laughable. He thinks that political power is everything. If political power was everything, the North would have been Dubai by now. The North have ruled Nigeria for over 40 years out of Nigerias 65 years of independence. Yet the North is centre of poverty and insecurity

Powe will help nobody in Nigeria, it never had. What people should be asking is if Igbos want to belong to Nigeria in first place?

The Nigeria we have had approval of since 1960 has helped nobody, so that question is neither here nor there

Your beloved British oil company called Nigeria is living on borrowed time.

The mighty Igbo nation has what it takes to dismantle Nigeria and then go on to deal ruthlessly with the treacherous Yorobastards

How has yoruba presidency helped the Yorobastards? They still live in abject poverty and still can't afford POP ceilings in Ibadan. The last time I checked their backward region is still littered with brown roofs.

The mighty Igbo nation will never kowtow to you clowns, we reign supreme

Igbos don't want to belong to Nigeria but keep contesting and crying for presidency. Hypocrite shut up there. The only reason you people shout Biafra is just because, you people haven't gain access to Aso rock. In 2023 Biafra movement was not heard from any igbos cause you people just believe Obi will win. Keep lieing to yourself and don't face reality that the OP said. Emotion, bitterness and hatred have blocked most of you igbos brain.
