Lol...that was the lie they sold to you people. Sane people picked holes in their arguments then.

Rest assured, the people in charge of the Economy under this administration don't know what they are doing...

Why is the naira not appreciating against the dollar as much as it should now that Dangote refinery and the NNPCL refineries are functional? Aren't these supposed to be our biggest sources of foreign exchange?

Why the dilly-dallying of the naira?

Your government still imports 25M litres of petrol every day.
Meanwhile Nigeria daily consumption is between 35M - 40M litres of petrol and the dangote refinery produces 30M litres of petrol daily with over 500M litres of petrol in stock.

The federal government is not ready to save the naira Bro

Production and manufacturing is low in Nigeria.... Nigeria is an import dependent country hence our currency will always be weak

Dangote refinery trading company is in London 🤷. The only good news is that petrol scarcity is dead.

this is a very common quote in Nigeria, even when it is absolutely not correct. Prices do drop in Nigeria, a kilogram of cooking gas that sold for N1500 late last year in Benin city, I bought some days ago at N1250\kg. A bag of wow rice selling for 140k last December, I bought for 94k last week. A litre of fuel that sold for almost N1500 some months back now averages N1000 or less now. These are just a few examples to make you know that that common saying isn't always correct.
enemies of Nigeria no wan hear that one, na so so bad new about Nigeria dem like to dey hear..... obidense

Is that the type of "going down" we are talking about here?
We need "going down" that will make significant changes.

Where I live, The prices you quoted are not even accurate at all. Cooking gas I bought last night at #1400...But I won't go back and forth because I know your type. Deceptiveness is of y'all nature.

I can't seem to see the difference.
Stop deceiving people with all these rant..

So in your opinion, the prices have crashed,if we're to go by your upper limit, that is.
So buying a bag of rice for 90k and a litre of fuel for 1k shows prices have come down.

Just out of curiosity, were you still in primary school or maybe nursery as at 2010,2011...?
No offense please
How much was bag of rice in 1999 and 2000 in comparison to 2010 2011 also

Big lie. According to Babangida's book, the coupist had good intentions till some elements which we all know is Ifeajuna and his fellow ethnic brigade hijacked it and turned it to an Igbo coup..

21 out of the 22 people killed were Yoruba, Hausa/Fulani/SS/Middle belt while only one Ibo man was killed. Azikiwe and the Okpara also miraculously escaped while their companions in other regions died.

The beneficiaries of the coup were also ibos thereby causing a revenge coup a few months after.
You're quoting Reno Omokri, who has never hidden his hatred for Igbos and who has always shown a penchant for distorting facts

You also declined to mention the "good intentions" was to install a Yoruba man as president.
A coup (where most of the participants weren't even igbo) to install a Yoruba man as president is now termed an "igbo coup" because a lot of the people who died weren't Igbos (and you didn't mention this might be because a bulk of the people in government then weren't Igbos.

Young man, everyone has seen through your hypocrisy and your lies, but you can keep living in your delusions

They should just keep it stable at 1500.

Fluncation is bad for business.

Keep stable at 1500 for years to restore investors confidence.

Purchasing power will catch up to the 1500 like it has gradually been doing small small.

This is a quick search on Google and it's verifiable.
1999/2000 : roughly 2,500

2010/2011 : between 8k and 9k

2020 : 23k to 30k max

This is 2025 and we're talking about 93k to 140k.
Are we going forward or backwards?

And what's that your point again?🤔
