No one really talks about how lonely living alone can be.
Living alone teaches you a lot, how to be independent, how to sit with your own thoughts, how to find comfort in solitude. But even in that, there are days when the quiet feels too loud.
And the thing is, you’re not the only one who feels this way. We don’t always say it out loud, but so many of us know what it’s like. It’s okay to crave connection, to miss the little things. shared meals, casual conversations, the simple presence of another person nearby.

If you’re feeling this way, know that it’s normal. You’re not weak. You’re human. Reach out, send that text, make that call, step outside. Connection is still there, waiting for you. Living alone doesn’t mean you have to do life alone.
