The main reason for appointment needs to be those who would carry his vision through and in that there needs to be balance otherwise it will be an exercise in futility.

PBAT will do a performance assessment and keep having to change the do nothing crew who get there and see the position as an entitlement.

The main problem with the Buhari era is after appointment everyone became mini gods and there was no performance assessment because it was more an entitlement.

El rufai is accusing Tinubu of exactly what he did when he was Governor In Kaduna. He alienated even members of the party that brought him to power in Kaduna. He brought his friends and in-laws who were not Kaduna indigenes and gave them sensitive appointments while alienating members of his party and Southern Kaduna. I am not a fan of Tinubu, but Elrufai is worse than Tinubu.

Former president Mohammadu Buhari own was better than PBAT. GMB is from the north west and his appointment cut across the whole of north unlike PBAT's appointment that is only from southern west. GMB first IGP was from Nasarawa state (NC). The 2nd IGP was from Yobe state (NE). The first chief of Army staff, Rtd Gen Buratai was from Borno state (NE). The sole administrator of custom Rtd Col Hammed Ali was from Kwara state(NC). CBN governor, Mr Godwin Emiefele was from Delta state(SS). PBAT appointment from security, finance, immigration, customer, correctional services and FRSC are all form South West and not the entire south. So what are we saying?

His is also appointing his girls as well. Let there be balance.
