I disagree vehemently ! Since he participated in the fork, he must contribute his fair share to the cost of raising the child even if he refuses to participate in the actual care of the child. We have video evidences showing the said marriage occured and the girls family returned the bride price bro....although that does not matter. What matters is that he is irresponsibly denying paternity of his child. He needs to contribute to her care.
