I have faith in the coach and will only advise the nff to retain him even if he fails to qualify for the WC though team performance during the remain WCQ will be the determinant factor

He is a young coach with modern ideas who I believe will do well with the quality of players we have if supported and given enough time to build a team

One thing I'd say about Afcon is that the thing hard to win. Okocha said that when they won their first Afcon they thought they were going to win it many times. Well, their first was their last.

And last year's Afcon was exhilarating - the quality of football, the atmosphere, the social media vibe - it was a total package even more exciting than the last Euros. The last Euro no sweet like the 2021 version. I pray Afcon continues to be more colorful
