Predictably, the disgruntled and failed former Kaduna Governor, Malam Nasir el-Rufai, has accused the NSA and the Federal Government of not improving security in Kaduna and only paying bandits ransom to release their victims. This is just another lie by a frustrated man who hoped to continue ruling Kaduna by remote-controlling his successor, but he has been rebuffed and is now bitter.

Throughout the eighth years that el-Rufai misruled Kaduna, not a single bandit leader was arrested, killed or convicted. But under the Tinubu administration, more than fourteen notoriously murderous bandit leaders have been killed, including the following:

3. Kachalla Damina
4. Kachalla Dangote
5. Kachalla Jafaru
6. Kachalla Barume
7. Kachalla Shehu

11. Kachalla Dan Muhammadu
12. Kachalla Makasko
13. Yellow Hassan
14. Boderi
15. Kachalla Dan Ba Birki
16. Auta Dan Mai Jan Kai

And as a result of this, peace has returned to Kaduna and its neighbouring states. No more do we see photos of prominent persons having meetings with heavily armed Kachallaa/bandit leaders in broad daylight and without consequences, as occurred under Nasir el-Rufai. The genocide in Southern Kaduna is a thing of the past. And ransoms to bandits have ceased. Instead, bandits are being killed, arrested, tried and convicted, to the chagrin of el-Rufai.

The fact remains that Nasir el-Rufai is a failed leader who superintended the genocide of Southern Kaduna Christians and is today frustrated that his plan to wipe away Christianity in Kaduna has been frustrated by the efficiency of the National Security Adviser. No wonder the entire 34 members of the Kaduna State House of Assembly indicted Malam Nasir el-Rufai for theft, money laundering and other sundry criminal activities.

Nigerians are called on to ignore this drowning man seeking to take down as many people as he can with him.
