The law doesn't allow caretaker chairmanship for local government.
So if Fubara decides to go ahead and do the illegality, don't forget that supreme court has ordered cbn to suspend sending allocations to Rivers state local government accounts

I commend the commitment of the Supreme Court to upholding the laws of our country, even when the courts at the lower levels are wavering in that commitment. What a joy it is to behold!
