There was no agreement on paper, obviously, since he, Zelensky, didn't agree to what dump wrote on paper.

What was on paper was what dump wanted, and which Zelensky could not agree to, and therefore came to negotiate, but dump wasn't in negotiation mood and just wanted Zelensky to agree and sign.

Zelensky could not sign what dump wanted, and rightly shouldn't. He has no mandate to, and would have been slaughtered by Ukraine legislators if he had signed it.

But I guess the art of the deal is to pressure those you should negotiate with to sign a deal that's unfavorable to them and then renege on the deal when it suits you like dump always does.

My point is the way Russia is fighting Ukraine will not be the way it will fight EU. They will lose because they have to try and contain so many fronts if The whole EU is attacking. But assuming it's one on one with they UK, they can flatten the cities without the need to even March down to London just as Hitler did with drones and air raids. Now they have balistic missiles that are difficult to intercept.

Only the US and Israel seem to know how to beat air defence at the moment. Other countries have not proven themselves yet.
