By who...since 2015 when we last won the under 17 world title. The Osimhen and Chukweze's set. It's been ten good years now. Since we last found a group of local groom young prospect for the eagles. While Iheanacho , Awoniyi and Ndidi have paid their dues with time, they only remain in the discussion of our national team simply because of their experience. Their success at the youth level was good enough to qualify them as regular national team players.

I don't understand. If we qualify fir tge world cup and di well in the competition, the politicians will have more money to steal. From a selfish point of view it will be better for us to get to the semi final of the 2026 world cup. Then nigerian football will attract more money that can be stolen
These our politicians are so shout sighted that they are even cheating themselves. World Cup qualifiers will end in 8 months time. The short sightedness and greed bothers on a psychological problem.
So how much money will they steal if we don't qualify for the world cup

On à serious note, Ahmed Musa is one of the best performers in the NPFL. On the basis of that, I don't think his inclusion on the provisional list is bad.

Can't musa himself retire? What else does he wants, already won Afcon, multiple world Cup appearances, all time cap bagged, at this point he's just blocking someone's else spot
