So I finally paid for my full stack web development program at Aptech. Would be starting soon, so I want to buy a laptop but right now I'm confused on which brand to buy and and the specs.

Please guide me, thanks.

Those aren't laptop for wen development they are for software editing n 3d.

Web development laptop aren't fancy or high tech u can get cheaper ones with 4 or 8gig 500 to 1tera bit core 3 or 5 intel graphic n u good to go

I'm not sure the reason for the insult as I did not insult you.

Obviously you're not lettered for me to start an intelligent argument with you cos you can't hold one for 3 seconds.

I am suggesting a laptop because I'm a developer myself. I can't give out what I don't have, unlike you who is telling him to look for NASA grade pc you saw in a movie.

okay sir. Thank you for your input. The reason why I was looking at this specs is because I needed something that will last me for a long as I do not intend buy another one sooner. I might transition to other tech areas like software engineering....but I want to start from here because of the funds....

buy the first screenshot. These laptops are much good for web development and python coding. The softwares you will be downloading on your laptop are much powerful too. You will only be very careful cos’ of the touch screen.

He is right. Even with your mobile phone you can learn web development. You can work with cloud (CDN) version of any framework or library. You don't need to locally host anything.

As for laptop

The price isn't matter especially when starting out as seen from your statement

Get a rugged dell
Or any rugged but cheap laptop
Learn with that first

Then you can go for anyone later based on your expertise

The laptop an asp guy would need maybe. Different from what a normal python guy would need

With several online platforms this days
You don't need to have the heavy lifting done with your laptop

Try avoid buying anything from him, people who are keep to insult others cause they want to sell might end up insulting u if the laptop has issues n still under warranty

Anyone will do for Web development. I don't know about you sha aside from those high specs also check:
15 inches or more
Lightweight one
Slim and sleek design
Recent built - like 2020 or recent
Long lasting battery
Is it FHD?
I/O ports - type c and USB a must.

And others

Those are high specs PCs
