Managing supply chain is not rocket science. If they are really serious, managing the supply shouldn't bring headache like this. This is just ordinary rice. What if it's something much complex? They should do better

I am tired of always coming up with excuses...have distributors that can use technology...then have people enter NIN, make payments and pick up. We get brain but we just can't come up with solutions to problems.

Honestly organization and management is not rocket science. Most times it's those at the helms that mess up everything. They should do better.

This reason is not a credible one at all. It's the inability and incompetence of the Lagos State Government to organise a fool-proof marketing/distribution system that is the cause.
