Idi Amin levels of corruption
Three prosecutors have been placed on leave by the Trump administration's Department of Justice, including one who worked on the prosecution of New York City Mayor Eric Adams and successfully prosecuted Ghislaine Maxwell for crimes committed in collaboration with the late Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew Rohrbach and Celia Cohen were two of the prosecutors placed on leave, both of whom worked on prosecuting Adams. Rohrbach worked on the prosecutions of Jeffrey Epstein associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, former crypto executive Sam Bankman-Fried and lawyer Michael Avenatti, reported ABC News.

The third prosecutor placed on leave allegedly posted about Ed Martin, a Trump supporter and leader of the Stop the Steal movement who was then nominated by the 47th president to serve as US attorney in Washington, DC.

Multiple Senate Democrats alleged that Martin "abused his position in several ways, including dismissing charges against his own client and using the threat of prosecution to intimidate government employees and chill the speech of private citizens."

Earlier this year, the Justice Department motioned to dismiss corruption charges against Adams. Multiple prosecutors resigned following this action, including Danielle Sassoon, a Republican serving as the Interim United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Sassoon accused the Justice Department of negotiating a quid pro quo with Adams, dismissing his corruption charges in exchange for his cooperation in furthering the Trump administration's immigration goals.

The prosecution of Eric Adams was political . Once the motion to withdraw the charges were filed the judge refused to dismiss and appointed an outside attorney to review the case.

The outside lawyer who was given the job of reviewing the case Paul D. Clement, a former Solicitor General for the G.W. Bush administration. ..... ....Paul D. Clement, said the judge should not allow the Trump administration to use the threat of criminal charges to compel Mr. Adams’s political support. He recommended that the case be dismissed with prejudice, meaning the charges could not be brought again

The case is effectively over.Kaput. It's water under the bridge now.
Wherever you got that article from is just another whining site. There will be more wailing whining and gnashing of teeth next 4 years.

Perkins Coie. Another addition to my vault.

Wall Street Apes
@WallStreetApes
Let me get this straight, Democrats lost their mind over Elon Musk and DOGE having access to American’s data

BUT

A PRIVATE Democrat law firm FUNDED BY GEORGE SOROS called Perkins Coie has access to classified information and security clearances

Over $22 MILLION in George Soros linked payments:

- $5 million: Direct donation to Perkins Coie’s political law practice prior to 2016, reportedly for funding lawsuits challenging state election laws.
- $3 million: Sole donation to the Immigrant Voters Win PAC, set up by Perkins Coie lawyer Jonathan Berkon, linked to Soros’s support for immigrant voting initiatives.
- $1.7 million: Donation to the Philadelphia Justice & Public Safety PAC (registered at Perkins Coie’s D.C. office) to support Larry Krasner’s 2017 DA campaign.
- $9.5 million: Donation to Priorities USA (a Democratic-aligned super PAC that has retained Perkins Coie), linked to Soros’s broader election influence efforts
- $1 million: Contribution from Alex Soros (George Soros’s son) to Priorities USA, also noted in posts found on X, potentially tied to Perkins Coie’s legal services.

AND IT GETS WORSE

Mike Davis, “The commander in chief, the president and the president alone gets to decide who has access to classified information. So if the president of the United States doesn't want Perkins Coie or any other law firm or person to have access to classified information, that is his absolute right”

This law firm Perkins Coie is responsible for

- Making up the Russian collusion hoax back in 2016
- They then ran to the FISA court and got an illegal spy warrant
- Lied to the FISA court, got an illegal spy warrant on then presidential candidate Donald Trump
- They continued to spy on President Donald Trump when he was the president of the United States
- They colluded with intel agencies and law enforcement to make up crossfire hurricane (With our nation's most classified secrets because they politicized and weaponized crossfire hurricane, which is the biggest scandal in American history.)
- They continued the lawfare against president Trump after he left office, the four indictments for non-crimes
- They tried to throw him off the ballot under a bogus theory under the constitution
- They underfunded Trump's secret service protection and tried to take off its head
- They were also directly involved with Barack Obama’s birth certificate A partner of the form personally went to Hawaii to collect his birth certificate
- An alumni represented Ray Epps in his lawsuit to silence Tucker Carlson. He now works for David Brock of Media Matters and founder of ActBlue. The lawyer together with David Brock are prime movers of Lincoln 65Project.
-Same law firm is associated with Stacey Abrams and the Georgia 2020 and 2016 election challenges Perkins is also behind the Ruby Freemen and her daughter suing Mayor Rudy lawsuits

Another stupid Trump idea that ends up being scraped. Who would’ve thought?

It’s almost as if rushing to implement ill-thought out solutions hardly works.

President Donald Trump’s administration is pausing military deportation flights and rethinking its use of Guantánamo Bay as a migrant detention center after realizing the financial and logistical toll involved.

In late January, Trump decided he liked the optics of using the detention center at the U.S. naval base in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba—which was created to hold prisoners accused of terrorism —and signed an executive action instructing officials to maximize the site’s holding capacity.

The administration also decided to send a tough-on-immigration message by using military aircraft to fly detained migrants to Guantánamo and to deport them to India, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Honduras, and Panama, among other countries, the Wall Street Journal reported.

“The message is clear: If you break the law, if you are a criminal, you can find your way at Guantánamo Bay,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said during a visit there last week. “You don’t want to be at Guantánamo Bay.”

Since Trump took office in January, officials have dispatched about 30 flights of migrants aboard C-17 aircraft and about a dozen flights using C-130s, the Journal reported. But they’ve found the military flights take longer routes, transport fewer migrants, and cost more than deportations on civilian aircraft.

Three military flights to India cost $3 million each, and some of the flights to Guantánamo cost $20,000 per migrant, the Journal found.

It costs $28,500 per hour to fly a C-17, compared with $8,500 to $17,000 per hour for a standard deportation flight

Even standard flights are a major logistical and financial effort compared to keeping detainees on U.S. soil, NBC News reported. In addition to the flight crew, each flight needs at least one Immigration and Customs Enforcement official per migrant, plus a medical team.

The administration suspended the military deportation flights this month, according to the Journal, and officials are reconsidering whether it’s feasible to use Guantánamo at all, NBC reported.

The tents built at Guantánamo to house migrants don’t have air conditioning or running water, and they don’t meet ICE’s standards for detention, according to NBC.

Every war reporting from Syria has béen attributed to Syrian Observatory something, based in UK but has people on the ground .
Much of the reporting was skewed towards jihadists.
Assad and Putin dropped barrel bombs, they didn't have guided munitions though, which only fuels anger and resentment to his regime.
I blame Obama for initiating this whole mess , on his conceited idea of remaking the ME with his own warped distorted visions. That Assad was the problem and had to go and replace him with jihadists.

Obama would have forced Assad to adopt the Lebanon model. They have a rotating Head of state based on religion. Instead he wanted his Muslim brotherhood backed jihadists in power , and the mad Mullahs of Iran strengthened. A powder keg, but hey leftists are the smartest people in the room.
Maybe you people wonder why I detest Obama. It's because of his uplifting these jihadists and destabilizing the middle East. I spent a lot of time at the religion section before I came here, Michael Flynn was one person who understood the dynamics of this region.
Obama thinking is upside down . Mullahs strengthened, Assad out, Muslim Brotherhood jihadists takeover in Egypt and Libya, Erdogan appeased . Note Iraq has more Shia than Sunni but they all come together when fighting the Joos. With Iran strengthened, how is Yemen doing?

If one understood what all these groups are after , political power through a religious lens, It would be easier to contain them. For instance in Saudi the royal family is nothing but religious, their palaces are harems where beer is served .Yet the rest of the country has no alcohol.
As long as the citizens are happy the royals can continue ruling without being destabilized. When you attempt to impose elections these neanderthals split into religions first. Why did Muslims from all over the world flock to join the khilafa? Because that's their end game. The rulers want political power but they will use religion to achieve their end

I've just seen the jihadist president calling for peace. Why? Because they don't want the world to know what they are after. I'm watching France24 . It's buying time, their war will never end until all religion is for Allah.

Don't put words in my mouth .

Thosr who encourage immigration also don't like being reminded that most terror attacks are carried out by people with immigration history ,and I can as well add religion now that you have gone there.

Just like you are doing you band around figures to prove immigrants are not as dangerous as say white supremacists. Take the case of gun violence , figures are hidden for black on black crimes. Transgender attacker manifesto is not released publicly .
If you understood me,you'd have noticed I was poking daggers at wholesome political correctness .
If you want to catch Muslim terrorists don't waste time soaking up FB, Gmail, telegram, IG, etc data then ,using LLM to analyze. Simple. Find out which preachers are justifying violence, find out who spends more time with those preachers like Anwar Alwaki. Or that British Anjem Choudiary.IDF is not stupid to bomb mosques, preventing large gatherings listening to a semi illiterate who has only studied Arabic and Quran all his life.
You are just playing vernal gymnastics here. You can't specifically refer to Chinese immigrants using derogatory language and then start accusing me of putting words in your mouth. It's like using the word 'niggers' and saying you're not singling out blacks.

In everyday conversation no one is going to stop you from using them. How will they even police that? Impossible

But the real thing they can do and are doing is that they are flagging and removing any use of those words in the federal government library/database, CDC websites and national institute of health research.

It is effective because any scientist or researcher who wants to study an illness that affects a population among those people on the banned list will not receive any grants to do so. It’s nearly impossible to self fund your own research. It cost millions if not billions and the ethical issues from that are crazy. If it’s your personal money, your bias cannot be eliminated from the process.

American tax payers often fund the research that goes into production of new treatments. So while we all pay the taxes (male, female, disabled & LGBTQ alike) the tax money can’t be used to fund any research that has anything to do with us.

Talk about taxation without representation. Notice how “male + white” were not on the list of banned words? I’m genuinely curious how long they can keep this up though. There’s no research worth the read that doesn’t include key terms in those banned word lists.

In the health community experts were already noticing how certain diseases present differently in women. Things like heart attacks have very different symptoms in women but we never knew until recently because all the research was done on men.

We’re still far behind on how to effectively manage sickle cell disease because it’s a black disease and research funds weren’t typically allocated to finding solutions for black communities until recently. Now that all these minority communities are being included now, they are mad.

These are the things they think are too woke and need to be stopped. When Nairalanders jump in and support him because he told them he hates trans people too I just smh. He hates everyone.

Republicans keep introducing bills that attempt to limit women’s rights and bodily autonomy. The only thing stopping them is the opposition. Imagine me supporting that kind of party. Just because they told me what I wanted to hear about trans people. I refuse to fall for it and I wish people had more discernment.

Part of the reason for chaos he’s creating is to distract from the actual authoritarian regime he’s installing

Hampton Dellinger, the fired head of the Office of Special Counsel, warns that President Trump's ouster of independent watchdog agencies and offices threatens government oversight.

Dellinger was head of the Office of Special Counsel, which handled federal employee complaints and government whistleblowers, until he was fired in February. In addition to Dellinger, Trump also removed the director of the Office of Government Ethics, the independent agency responsible for overseeing ethics rules and financial disclosures for the executive branch, and 17 inspectors general, auditors appointed to root out abuses of power, waste and mismanagement
The 17 inspectors general fired by Mr. Trump just four days into his term were auditors of top departments, including defense, veterans affairs, and labor. The inspector general of the foreign aid agency, U.S. Agency for International Development, Paul Martin was fired two weeks later.

Martin, who policed billions in foreign aid spending, issued a report saying emergency aid stopped moving during the chaos of the mass firings at USAID. His report warned that half a billion dollars in food aid might spoil or be stolen. Martin was fired the next day.

Martin had worked in various inspector general offices for more than two decades. He was an inspector general during Mr. Trump's first term and stayed on at the government under Biden. Martin said the firings aren't business as usual with a new president in the White House.

"Dismantling" independent oversight in D.C.
"He may bring his own team in, but there's been an agreement between Congress and administrations over the last 45 years that inspector generals are different," Martin said. "They're chosen to be apolitical, nonpartisan oversight officials in each government agency. And that has been respected from administration to administration

On Friday, the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Education (ED), and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) also announced the immediate rescinding of $400 million in federal grants and contracts to Columbia University citing “inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students” by the university.

SoS Rubio weighed in.
“We will be revoking the visas and/or green cards of Hamas supporters in America so they can be deported.”

When in Rome do as Romans do.

This is scary actually. it’s even predicted to be a depression not a recession

Now compare this to the up and rising economy Biden left for him. That man was quietly working. Not seeking attention. Cleaning up the mess from the Covid economy Trump made. Of course it was going to take time after the big mess Trump left behind. But it was working. Jobs created. Household Income increased. Inflation was going down. And Kamala was going to take over the reins and crack down on companies that price gouged. We could’ve had it all.

These people chose a clown who destroyed the first greatest economy we’ve had in a long time (Obama’s economy) and now he’s set on destroying it again after Biden did so much to help us recover from his first term .
NONSENSE THE CRASH HAS BEEN LOOMIMG SINCE THE BRICS NATION DITCHED THE DOLLAR.
