You're missing the point when you say God should fight for himself. God is Almighty and All-powerful - everything that's happening now is ordained by Him.

First it is against the law to insult Isah(Jesus) who is recognized as a prophet in Islam. People who tell you Muslims are against Jesus ask them to provide proof of any Imam talking ill about Jesus, Islam does not recognize Jesus as the son of God same as the Jews who don't recognize Jesus as the son of God too but prosperity preachers who only thrive under divide and rule will totally ignore this.
