Suddenly it got removed from my phone..and I don't know how come...
Any idea pls

You can download it back from Play store and login or check your apps maybe give mistakenly disabled it

I received a notification from Play store's Play Protect saying they have been trying to access unauthorized files on my phone. Later, I now discovered maybe it's true. I noticed I have many reminders set on my calendar different dates. They must have messed up along the line.

Criminal-minded set of mofo. They steal informations from your phone and use it against you.

So pls does any one have idea of the way forward... Cos I know I owe them money... But the app is not on my phone or play store to log in n pay

I'm suspecting a foul play.
Someone sent me a link to do my repayment on WhatsApp and i declined the payment

Pls just be careful cause it be me compromised.
Just have to pay through their contract app.
Never ever it comes up in the Play store
I think that's what I will do.. just have to wait n get more information on what is going on

Easybuy got banned in Nigeria so I think you're safe ...

Not when u are owing them... My due date will soon reach...They will start disturbing with calls

That is really worrisome.

Easybuy with their extortion mentality, I am surprise how people are able to cope with them. I went there to buy phone the condition was out of this world. I can't imagine baying a phone of 250k and they will ask you to pay more than 180k the remaining one is what they will stand for you for and at the end of the day you pay more than 300k just because of that small thing they added .
In serene society as long as you are working it is not so, you are not suppose to pay a dine.

Check apps under settings and see if it was disabled.

you pay 30% of down payments of 250K, 75K or in most cases 100K. Then the rest payment can be spread to 6months to 1year term

Good day sir. I owe this guy's my due date is near. I went to my phone only to discover their app is not there. Searched for it on play store, not there either. How were you able to repay your loan? Or did you hear any update from them?

This is what I got from play protect when I checked what happened. These people are truly crooks.

Yes you are right, that's absurd and ridiculous, how could they do that?play protect had to disable it from my phone automatically.

So, are they not disturbing you with calls? I really want to pay back their money, but don't know how to without the app I only have 2days left

I've reported them to the FCCPC, you can do the same.

I really want to pay them their money but without the app now, it's making it difficult for me.

How do I report to FCCPC and did you later pay them through the link?

They messaged me with an account number I should pay into but I declined also

I even thought the problem was from me. I even tried and download it from a site. I needed to off my play protect which I did, only to find out that I can't even login.
It doesn't recognize my phone number, even.

I did a setting on my phone that enables it to barr unsaved numbers from calling me. They can only send threatening messages. And if they should call your contacts report them to fccpc. Though I paid them today after they forwarded an account number I can pay into. But mind you if I didn't want to pay them I'd have not.

You can pay back easybuy through transfer from your bank. When they nonice that someone is trying to fake them, the app will refuse to open.
When it happened to me and i needed to pay them back before due time. I went into a shop where they have an agent. she helped to generate a unique transfer code which i used to pay back from my phone.
They have agents in most store selling phones.
