Jerrygotswagg:@Jerrygotswagg, the process is straightforward. Click the first link on my signature, scroll to money market fund and click Buy Now and complete the online form. Requirements: Govt issued ID card Passport photo Utility bill that bears your name Alternatively, you can use your NIN slip or the front page of your bank account statement in place of a utility bill that bears your name. Please note that if you are in the diaspora, you have to use your Nigerian details to make the registration seamless to avoid notarization of documents, which could make the process linger. For the tenor of investment, it's very flexible. It can be as short as 30 days or as long as you wish. You can also reach out to me if you need further guidance on how to come on board. |

Stanbic IBTC Assets Management need to do better with the utility bill KYC. Why will they insist on an electricity bill bearing your name when bills are on the landlord's name? Even banks don't do this. They have the BVN, NIN, phone number, and bank details, yet they are strict about the name on the utility bill. I wonder who is in charge of the KYC. |

Youngzedd:There are alternatives to utility bills that bear your name. Your NIN or bank account statement can be used in place of utility bills. Any government-issued ID that has your address will do. |

emmasoft:I have been experiencing difficulty uploading all the documents. The sizes are below 100kb. I just keep getting long codes of error message. I have sent mail to stanbic ibtc mutual fund customer care since monday but no response. Is there any help you can offer? |

Palomadove:If it has already been confirmed that the files are not too large, you may want to check your network. Submitting the form requires very good connectivity. You can even try at odd times when there is little traffic. Alternatively, chat me up |

| Re: Mutual Funds by enque(f): 1:59pm On Mar 12, 2025 |
Proof of Address – less than 3 months (Recent Electricity Bill, Recent Waste Bill, First Page of Bank Account Statement stamped & signed by the bank, Valid Driver’s License with same address on the update form) This is what they accept. olig: |

Please what’s the proper way to fund a MMF account. I funded mine yesterday night but I was not credited. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by emmasoft(m): 3:59pm On Mar 12, 2025 |
Oyetunde49:For most fund managers, accounts funded before noon have same-day value and earn interest. If funded after noon, or weekend it will reflect and earn interest the next business day |

galantjoe:Well done sir. No doubt that you're doing well for yourself but don't forget that we all have that financial level/living standard which we call our lower limit, below which we feel broke or 'poor'. It's different for everyone. It's not pride...it's just a standard of living we've all set for ourselves. Some of us just don't want to 'survive', we want to 'live' and don't mistaken living to extravagant life...they're are different. I believe the guy wants to live than just survive in Nigeria. |
