Yes boiled, but not peeled. So as not to harm other animals. Snakes swallow eggs wholely
Ok. Tanx Chief. Thinking of inserting office pins or needles into the boiled eggs.

Try to employ the services of a farm dog or introduce a mongoose to your farm.
Is mongoose that common?

If you want clear result, use fishing hook instead, with a strong string attached to it. It will hook the guts of the snake. The type of string used by beadmakers or shoemakers.

I am hearing this for the first time
I consider myself a chicken expert, for 29 years, we raised local, Agric and hybrid(the hybrid we crossed ourselves between local and Agric) in our back yard. never bought eggs or bought chicken, (except for day old Agric chicks )during those period because we had quality eggs from our chickens.
we always have between 50 to 100 chicken at any point in time.
I know a lot about chicken .

one thing most people don't know is that some Cocks lay a tiny egg after they reach a certain age.
also, we once had a hybrid Cock that lived for 7 years before some boy knack am stick for head because this mad Cock started chasing and attacking people. unfortunately the hit killed it, and we had to quickly slaugther it , however it was not edible as it was very hard. na only popsy chop am as our teeth no fit cut the meat.

yes, I saw it many times with my own eyes. it is very rare, but it happens. and the egg is very tiny.
also, I wont call what we had then a poultry because
1. we didnt raise them for commercial purposes. we never sold them.
2. they were free ranging in our backyard.

I bought mine from a friend.

You can just buy from someone, make sure the cat is free with you.
Mine sleeps inside the house in the morning,
Then at night it stays outside to hunt.

I placed eggs in strategic positions away from and around my cages, if anything happens to the eggs, I will go on ruthless snakenocide. It's easy to wipe out snakes with poisoned eggs or with hooks and pins inserted into the eggs
How do U even insert hooks into the egg without breaking, I could reason pin...
