What exactly is the OP up to? Is it now a whole state versus a city in another state? Anambra is a state, Ibadan is the capital of Oyo state. It should be Awka Vs Ibadan or Anambra Vs Oyo. Is common sense no longer common ni? The size of Oyo State is 28,545 km² while the South East (5 states combined) is 29,525 km² in size. That's what you should deal with!
