The Canadian woman tried to board a plane from Vancouver to LA. At the airport, she learned her US work via had been REVOKED and couldn't enter the country

she attempted to enter the U.S. from Mexico, reportedly to pursue a new job offer with incomplete visa paperwork after she went back to Vancouver then tried to enter the US through Mexico as already stated She was stopped by Border Patrol, denied entry and then subsequently detained.

So she spent three days in a Border Patrol cell waiting to be deported back to Canada. In total she was detained for 11 days before deported.
