Please if my BSc was obtained in a foreign country and authenticated there, do I still need to take it to MOE in Nigeria for authentication? Or do I just take it to MOFA for legalization before taking it to the Portuguese embassy?

Yes but they will first issue visa to the student, that's the primary applicant first
But sometimes if there is any delay in the issuing of the dependent, the student can travel to resume and the dependent can join later after visa is granted.

You can do that if you have the money, do you know hw much 3% POF of 20m will amount to, considering the fact that u will do that for like 2 month, because it will be more than 2 month before decision will taking on your application, as long as those that applied with POF got visa approval, POF throuh sponsorship is the best option now, in regard toPrtugal visa because is affordable, how many can afford to pay over 1.2m as % of 30m POF. If you use Sponsorship even if your visa approval was delay for like 3month as it happens in most cases, it does not affectyour POF.
Chief, is it possible to a friend (whose bank acc is very good) here in Nigeria but doesn’t bear my surname as a sponsor?

Good evening all, please is it true that I must attach transcript to my waec result before portugese embassy will legalise it for me. I have done MOE and MFA legalisation on just my waec (GCE) result.
My submission date is next week Tuesday at the embassy
Pls how did you handle your GCE not tallying with your SS1 to 3 transcript in terms of school name?

Portugal's immigration policies are far better than that of Spain. Don't know much about New Zealand.

Most time is advisable for the Sponsor to be your relation but if the person can substantiate the relationship, it would be accepted..the fact is that Portugal is issuing visa now it is for one to explore or utilise this opportunity before they start tightening up their immigration policies.

What if someone is not able to find a sponsor with the same surname?

I want to know the process relating to legalization and verification of documents, what is the process after gaining admission what do I do with the Foreign Affairs and Ministry or Education and Legalization of documents? What and what do I verify and legalize and where do I do it? What is the cost? Its undergraduate am applying for not not graduate studies.

Am hearing something about transcript does undergraduate still require to provide transcript and should it legalized too?

Please I need your number I want to call you so I can ask some questions you can give me your email too

It can be in your account, it can also be in someone account, you are using as sponsor, he or she will give you notarized sponsorship letter, including other accompanied documents.
Why we recommend POF through sponsorship is because people that applied with it last year from our angle where give visa and not everyone can afford to pay 3-4% of 15-60m of POF and sometimes getting visa approval decision takes 1-2 months. And this the one that fits those going with dependants.

You need to legalize your documents before applying, inorder not to be denied admission after paying 50-70£ application fee, some have been denied already this year for this year for this same purpose, we strongly advice you authenticate and legalize before applying most of the schs are serious on this...
For the course taught in English you can mail the course coordinator to inquire if can be taught in English most time they do if they have upto 3 International students that register for the course.
Please I need your number I want to call you so I can ask some questions you can give me your email too

Portugal does not accept Waec transcript
You need your Waec certificate and Your SS1-SS3 if you are going for undergraduate study, the authentication must not be older than 6 months

Some of this information have been drop here before so go through them
When you get your Waec certificate and it transcript you it would be authenticated at moe&mofa
Note you need appointment for it to be submitted at the embassy and you will pay 200k for it verification in the embasy.
