If a child under 18 wants to get married and their parents refuse, they may not be able to get married. If the parents agree, then the court can review the circumstances and decide if to grant the marriage or not. But get this, most of them can’t get a divorce until they are 18. Is that not madness?

At high school there was a student who was gay, was caught in the act . He was luring other boys with words , gifts and whatever mostly fresh students. Many years later, I personally saw him in a medical school training as a nurse I still cringe at the thought of him being a care giver. He had said he was of course abused as a kid ,the shower rooms were quite hard for him , he could never get attracted to girls.
Such cases are bound to get plenty of publicity and attention. The hypocrisy. A famous media person.

Well I never said anyone should stop going to church. I go to church. I volunteer in the kid’s ministry as well so I can keep an eye on my kids. As much as I dislike when people make being religious their whole personality, I recognize that it has its benefits. But that’s an opinion I can go into more details in the religion section.

What I’m saying is that it is hypocritical to be constantly loud about potential child abusers in the rainbow community; most times without proof. while harboring and covering up for far worse and proven abusers in the religious community. Even more egregious when we vote them into power because they align with our party.

Since we agree that many sick perverts hide in the church, you should be asking yourself why. Personally I know why. I know it’s because they recognize that a church community is one where trust is high. They can fly under the radar undetected for long.

Why do you trust religious leaders but don't trust entertainers? That's because you rightly expect that they are less safe with entertainers who already make products to promote sex and drugs
