Firstly, no single video of one fan vividly singing along. From the video provided, they were going about with other things.

Secondly, the president was not at the beginning of the match. he came in half way into the first half and there was an uproar because of his presence.

The echo in the stadium must have confused you to think they were singing along or it could be from the Nigerian fans, of course you agree we can be very loud to establish our presence.

Using Nigeria as a case study. Apart from our national languages (Igbo, Hausa, and Yoruba), Nigeria alone has more than 200. Despite being a Yoruba man, I still have trouble understanding some Yoruba people when they speak their native languages.

At no time did Argentina beat Nigeria 3-0 in a FIFA world cup. I watched the 2010 worldcup match, we lost 1-0 and Messi did not score. Are you sure you are not hallucinating because you gave very vivid descriptions that are entirely false. Nigeria has played Argentina 5 times in FIFA worldcup and always lost with a goal interval. 2-1 in 1994, 1-0 in 2002, 1-0 in 2010, 3-2 in 2014 and 2-1 in 2018. I watched all 5 matches live by the way.

Nigeria lost that title a looooong time ago. In fact anytime I hear someone call Nigeria giant of Africa I just know they haven’t left the country before. If you see the advancement other African countries are making when you come home you will start crying from airport. Visit Ivory Coast please.

It’s only population we have here so when we make noise people pause to listen but apart from that we are stagnated. We are here playing tribal politics of teaching ourselves lesson and the world is leaving us behind.

There are between 350 and 430 languages spoken in the United States of America. We just think because English is the lingua franca, that's it.
