The very site Dangote Refinery is today on Lekki Free Trade Zone was envisioned by by same person you claim has one 'Malta Blending Plant'. Dangote himself acknowledged his vision as one of the factors that brought to life his Dangote Refinery.

Are you involved , which Nigerian university are you talking about, what procedures or steps did the Nigeria university follow? Show us proof of your claims don't just make allegations. On record Dangote have trained more than 900 Nigerian young engineers overseas for this refinery.

What a M0R0N, I've said that earlier that you only selected the one that gives you joy in any news. He said he'll be selling in dollars if agreement between Dangote refinery and NNPC doesn't renew earlier before the one they signed before expired. Dindinrin.
