That rent obviously isn't in a place like Lagos. Maybe in northern states. And it won't be more than one bedroom flat.

And even at that. His salary still wouldn't be enough, cos as a junior police office, his monthly pay isn't up to 200k, then he has kids whose school fees he has to pay, then feeding and other household responsibilities.
