Please who has had issue with a bybit scammer that received payment and then denied it but later admitted he received the payment but is not willing to release the coin for the past three days?

How did you handle the issue and force the person to release the coin aside reporting to customer care and showing them proof of payment?

After the discovery of fakeness in crypto, it’s hard to convince anyone to stay in or not to give up.

She paid 800k for 507 USDT and the seller denied receiving the money. After much pressure, she admitted receiving the money.. Imagine! na even girl wan scam her fellow girl

Make she release USDT and she said No! She said my friend should cancel the appeal and that she will refund her 700k.. Imagine!

Out of frustration, do you know that my friend admitted to the 700k refund and this scammer told her the refund will even take up to two weeks, and that she was also scammed N1m on Bybit and she's trying to take revenge too.. Imagine the nonsense!

The bastard was even threatening her that if she doesn't cancel the trade before Tuesday next week, Bybit will release the USDT back to her (I mean to the scammer's wallet) and my friend will lose big time

My friend just called me now and narrate the whole thing to me and the thing dey vex me

Contact customer support and show them where the scammer openly admitted to receiving the money and threatening to take a revenge.
But all these things can be avoided, don't you people check sellers history?

If bybit would release usdt back to scammer, scammer won't tell ur friend to cancel the appeal.

If your friend cancel the appeal, usdt would be released to scammer and scammer would sell and disappear from bybit with the money.

You just have to provide bybit with all evidence they asked showing you paid

That your friend shouldn't try it. She should not cancel the trade. Let it be on appeal, tell her to take screenshots of their conversation, make a video of the transaction, receipts, statement of account and upload it on the appeal session. Cs will handle it. She should also stop communicating with the stupid thief.

Note you'll: Be very careful on p2p especially if you're a newbie. Their targets are always new traders. Don't deal with anyone below 99% rating and 5mins confirmation period. Don't loose guard ooo

The government lifted the ban on it but banks still prohibit crypto — That's why scammers have gotten so brazen and this recent charge back they do after paying you — They know banks won't hesitate to place a PND on your account and you won't do anything except agree to their terms of maybe sharing the money 50/50

Your only savior would be if you're a banker yourself or have a close banker friend in the same bank you are banking with.
