Hi everyone. I Trying to get a perfect device for myself, coming from redmi 10s. My budget is around 600k. Which Xiaomi phone would be a worthy upgrade. Am sort of confused if going for redmi note 14 pro plus is worth it.

I'm currently using Poco x7pro and I will choose the Poco x7 pro over the redmi note 14 pro plus.
But if you are a fan of esim, curve display and 120watt fast charge! Then you go for the the redmi note 14 pro plus which is a little bit expensive.

is there anyone with fairly use poco m3 because am tired of using tecno. because it is too difficult to tweak compare to my previous phone . please help, i was trying to flash twrp to my tecno pop 8 bg6 things went wrong i the phone could not boot again . have downloaded the original firmware but i can't flash it with unisoc spd flash tools. and some other tools have tried. after much research i got to know that my phone has auth. that prevent unauthorized flashing except i use paid tools like TFM TOOLS, CHEATER TOOLS, OR CHIMERA TOOLS. please is there anyone here that can assist me with any of the login details . i would be so grateful even if it is to pay

I get but that's not really the case. The Redmi 14c was a much better upgrade for the galaxy A03s I planned replacing it with. Just this app crashing issue spoilt the whole thing

You didn't get some things right, I guess!

* The TWRP recovery you flashed, where did you get it from — you ported it for the phone or you got it from another brand/model?

* Did you follow the right guidelines for flashing the Twrp recovery?

* Which tool did you use for the flashing?

* Did you unlock the pop 8 bootloader first before flashing the recovery?

yes unlocking the bootloader was the first thing i did using unisoc exploit sript. i then proceed by rooting it. there was no twrp for the phone so i have to create one by using the online TWRP builder and i was able to build it succssfully using the device touch driver and boot.img. the device has a/b partition so no recovery partition so had to temporary boot TWRP. it was not working. i got to realise that the device has a secure boot. i proceed by flashing a sign vbmeta from the device firmware that was when the device refused to boot. all my attempt to flash it using SPD unisoc flashing tools was not successful. i later realise that recent tecno phones has auth. that prevent unauthorized person to flash the phone unless you use a paid tools like TFM, CHEATER ETC

Why the fvck are you trying that on a tecno device? The processors they use can’t handle or support tweaking.

Have you seen the quality of the cameras on this device? I tested them today and omoh these guys no come play I swear. I tested the 40pro. The 40premier must be insanely good

Na Xiaomi phone I dey use o. And I agree that Redmi made them step up but they are stepping up really well. I just feel the HyperOs thing makes Redmi devices perform lesser than similar phones with same processors and similar price. Software updates were what Redmi had on Transsion devices, I'm just glad they are closing that gap now. Transsion devices are now a match for Redmi if we are being honest. Make I dey run o, everybody don dey boil

Keep deceiving yourself. You have lied and if you feel like arguing, I have enough evidence to back up my argument. Redmi's biggest device now which is The note 14pro plus 5G uses snapdragon 7s gen3. The Camon 40 premier houses dimensity 8350 and you know what that means. Even the Camon 30 premier from early last year has dimensity 8200u which trumps the 7s gen3 and it's big brother the 7 gen3. Nor dey lie give pipo

what context is this your "best"?, cuz any phone under 180k, you shouldn't be expecting too much. You can get the Redmi 14C for under that price, Infinix, Tecno and Itel, also have offerings around that price point, that's if your expectations are on the ground. These phones will be good for normal day to day tasks, no heavy lifting, light gaming etc...

Pls don't change it to market share again. I'm not after huge market share. I'm after performance and satisfaction just like any other customer. Transsion failed years ago and Xiaomi capitalized on it which is good and laudable. however, transsion went back to the drawing board and changed something especially with Tecno and it's working for them. As at February 2025, Tecno and infinix still hold the largest market shares in Nigeria. xiaomi is a good brand but let's face the fact that no Redmi note series can unseat the Camon 30 premier which was produced early last year not to talk of the latest one. That's why I prefer Poco
