Texas is adding more congressional seats, I think people want to live there, Texas is the 3rd largest state in the US.

The fact that Canadians flood my city to buy things because it is cheaper in the US tells you they need DOGE.

Go check the prices of house in places like new Brunswick compared to Texas. I look for remote cities in Canada. Those place houses should be cheaper but it is still high compared to Texas.

What you are describing is basic Econ 101, the relationship between Supply, Demand and Price.
As Demand increases and Supply stays constant, Prices will go up.
So in Texas as more people move to Texas and more houses aren't built in Texas, the housing prices will increase just like they are doing now in Texas.
Or did you think there was some magical phenomena that kept prices low in Red States?
