If people say "God gives babies," then it raises the question of why some struggle with infertility while others, even those who may not seem prepared for parenthood, conceive easily. Since God is not partial, how do we explain this?

Jehovah's Witnesses read the Bible, and I see no reason not to learn from them. All we advocate for is that every doctrine must be Christ-centered.

In the beginning God blessed the union of Adam and Eve, their purpose is to feel the earth with human families. Genesis 1:28
The blessing is there just as animals also got the same blessing. Genesis 1:22
After the fall of man the blessing was cut short {Romans 3:23} so it's not everyone that could have children due to the curse that comes along with Adamic sin.
Yet some just get pregnant like pigs and bears children even though they don't need it.
That's why Christ Jesus never prayed for anyone seeking child birth because this is not the time to ask for such things from God rather what faithful people are concerned about now is salvation so that when they get to God's Kingdom all their hearts desires will be granted! Matthew 6:33
There is no guarantee that children born in this system will become responsible adults neither is there guarantee that they will grow old.
So a true Christian is focused on getting into God's Kingdom no matter what we have now is temporary {1Timothy 6:7} since none is sure to follow us into God's Kingdom but in God's kingdom whatever we have will be permanent. Isaiah 65:21-23
That is the real life {1Timothy 6:19} this one is filled with troubles! Matthew 6:34

God's blessings regarding reproduction is upon all creatures but as creatures in God's image we supposed to call Him as our father for whatever we want but due to the break in communication God only work on His own program so if Adamic sin affects anyone now to the point where he or she is born blind, deaf, lame, dwarf or impotent such a person must wait until God's Kingdom comes.
The miracles recorded in the Bible shows that God will resolve all abnormalities when His kingdom come not that everyone should start calling God to bear children like Sarah or Hannah.

IF a big IF, because babies come from human sexually relations and though God miracles enables some to bear children it is something he has set forth into motion like every other natural occurrences.

So if two people without God's divine intervention have issues that prevent conception there would be no baby. It's like age for instance in the case of Sarah, or not knowing a man like Mary, it's natural that they as women don't conceive

A lot of funds could be used to boost critical infrastructures but it ends up being diverted for military use.

you see where you jw have issues, didn't Jesus perform miracles in the same earth that we live in. Didn't he open the eyes of the blind and did dives miracles, but you are saying that now we will wait for God's kingdom to come before such miracles can happen again, whereas the Lord Jesus said greater works that he did is what we would do not heaven, in the same earth that we are.
