If, according to the same you, they are no longer in a marriage anymore once the conditions of marriage were breached, why should it matter her reason for purchasing the property without informing the man?

The husband has a right to say he isn't willing to move and the wife can rent out the house if their current location works well for their current jobs and other errands.
The wife isn't done anything wrong however, she should have informed him of her intention to buy a property.
That said, I believe they understand their marriage better than any of us and our thoughts.

Chances are she had already emotionally left that marriage long time ago and she was planning her exit in silence.

Thing is I don't really care if my wife is richer than I am,,,her parents spent money to put her through school,, hence shes allowed to have a thriving career. But I also can't move into a house my wife bought or built, it's not ego or jealousy but for the sake of unforseen circumstances where one day she could tell you to leave her house or rub it in your face that she's roofing you when quarrel arises between us, we have seen situations played out like this so many times.. make she rent am out, it's her money eventually the kids when we're both gone and no more... Personally I don't see anything wrong with a woman buying property in her name.

All the property I bought are in my name, I don't have time for joint property ownership for assets I purchased with money I earned myself
