Please, how are you able to login as an applicant? I have some other applicants finding it difficult to login too. This new upgrade is not properly planned & implemented and as Engineers, this is just not proper.

Currently able to login as an applicant that started the process December. but it's asking me to make payment like a fresh applicant. called them but they said they're still working on the platform. 1st quarter of the year is pretty much gone. The wait and cluelessness is insane to witness. IO can only imagine the opportunities people will miss as a result of this endless wait.

I used the same old login credentials.

Good morning, please I noticed that there are 3 proposers showing on my application instead of 2. Now, I am unable to submit my application because it is saying the 3rd proposer needs to accept even though my 2 proposers already accepted. Unfortunately, I do not know the person neither did I fill the person's details during registration process. I have tried to call the COREN line and sent email all to no avail. Please, what can I do to resolve the issue?

The website is currently being worked on. I couldn't sign in since February

With my regular credentials. doesn't even matter if you can login or not. you can't do anything.

I can't really say but personally I always tell newly approved members to just relax and wait for 6months to 1year after they have gotten their letter of notification. Cerificate always comes out before stamp

I have collected my cert. And iron seal. Didn't get the stamp though, since i couldn't pay for licence because of the bad state of the portal.

How did collect your paper seal? We're you able to pay for licence? I couldn't pay for licence because of the site.

Ah paid in January before the upgrade started. It's available, including the iron stamp but you'll need to pay for that license before they can give you

The portal is now opening for applicants, when I logging successfully it was telling me to complete payment. Which I don’t understand. Before the upgrade my status was showing “recommended for further vetting “ so I don’t understand what is going on

Somebody sat down and thought it wise to deploy a poorly tested application for use for a whole country. 3 months later - no feedback, no update, no progress - just silence. careers halted, opportunities suspended or missed. For a constitutionally mandated requirement, the silence is deafening. In saner climes people should've been fired for this embarrassing situation but alas it's the motherland - The cradle of mediocrity indeed.

Today I just observed my status has changed from submitted to ACCEPTED and full registration. Please I wish to ask what's going to be the next step so that I can plan ahead.

The system is experiencing a glitch I must say.

I completed my application December last year, and it was showing “recommended for further vetting “ as at January this year.

Only for me to login this march, after their upgrade I discovered that the portal is telling me that my application fee payment is not complete.

At this point I don’t really understand what is going on.

For your case, just keep on checking the portal you might see a different thing again. They don’t seems to amaze someone.

I completed my COREN registration last year and have been trying to get feedback on whether my application has been approved. I have attempted several times to log into my applicant portal, but the site has declined every attempt. This issue started after COREN's website upgrade. My registration has taken too long, with no response and no access to the portal

I've applied since July 2024, submitted the paper sealed for proposers in November and since then I haven't gotten any update from them and the worst thing is with this their degrade called upgrade. I can't even login and even sent them mail till now they've yet to response since December.

The worst part is that they don't have any presence on social media. No wonder they appointed Chartered Finance man as Minister of Power when we've intelligent engineers that knows the in & out of the power sector.

I collected mine as well, but was told paper seal is not ready, was only given iron seal and certificate. And I have paid my licence fee since January. What could be the issues, or is anyone experiencing this as well?

It was declined, Dec. 2024.
I haven't written d exam, even as at today, march 2025.

However, I sorted d re-application early January with the help of a senior engineer.

Currently waiting for the new web portal to start working again.

just got a text from Coren...use 123456 as password
