This discussion about some herdsmen attacking in some southern regions most especially the farmers. For years, I have tried my possible best to ignore that discussion because it doesn't make any sense to me. The southerners claimed to be educated and they are dealing with some illiterate killers who are masquerading as herdsmen . They came all away from North to be disturbing southern farmers and all we can do is to be protesting? How many killer herdsmen are disturbing how many people? What precisely is the usefulness of Educated southerners in this case? |

Cattle herders have indeed ravaged some areas, and need to be stopped, but I have always wondered how Fulani can be terrorising in Enugu. I'm willing to consider we Yorubas might bow to cow due to our love of meat, but Enuguans too? Then I started hearing about unknown gunmen, and figured Fulani might be a ruse. We had that in Ifon-Ilobu, where we too were yelling Fulani, when it was us killing ourselves. The warring communities of Ilobu and Ifon are still counting losses after a communal clash over a land dispute that started on Tuesday as over 100,000 people have been displaced and properties worth N2 billion destroyed. |

Abufo:Kanu's, Igboho's methods are things that have been tested which can never work. South West people was consciously of the consequences of going Igboho's way, I added more enemies on the rejection of Igboho's way on this forum. Had we allowed him, he would have caused chaos and confusion and still abscond the way he did . Regarding Kanu, South East is just getting out of what Kanu's group, Ipob brought to South East. Not a single development, no scholarship, no projects invested/attracted to the region, security worsened . How some people fell for Jubril left nose, left ear should be added to the new wonders in the world |
