People don't necessarily have to enter card details, there is an option to choose another payment option at the bottom where one can choose bank transfer.

I'm aware of this. I sell online, I integrate payment processors for online vendors.

That site isn't legit.. Stop encouraging people to pay to scammers!!! Check the accompanying email address on the payment page. That should help you a bit.

NAPEP was a PDP program. When Buhari APC came to power it was changed to Humanitarian Affairs.
Humanitarian Affairs still runs under Tinubu APC. This is the ministry that currently administer poverty alleviation programs.
NAPEP is not a unit/program under this ministry.

NAPEP does not have a current DG.

So under which ministry will NAPEP get the funds to prosecute the N100,000 disbursement.

Besides, the Punch link has been deleted.
No other newspaper is reporting it.

N760.50 by 1000 applicants is N760,500.
Small money big income.
