A league triumph with a Turkish cup, I bet those fanatical fans will mount his statue in their stadium.

Osimhen has 28 goals this season. At this point, he deserves whatever wage he request for a Big team. What a worthwhile gamble
But you were saying something about yes men and retirement league sometimes ago

Although, osimhen is a Great player he can’t be the best Nigeria 9 ahead of Yekini until he qualifies us for a World Cup and win atleast 1 ANC. The rules remain the rules and don’t change for anyone
Who made the rules?

400k pounds
Issue there is will he be fit for a full season & Afcon
30 league games minimum
How much is Palmer receiving at Chelsea ?
Havertz is highest in Arsenal, not up to 300k
Osimhen has tremendously improved o, especially his positioning

Best Nigerian game ever would be
Atlanta 96 semi finals against Brazil
I don’t know how the dream team pulled it off against a more technical side that could keep the ball & string multiple combination of passes better than us
Heart, never say die mentality
Brazil were like the Spain & France of today

NFF will most likely use this to pull the same nonsense they did with the Mexican friendly. NPFL players will be displayed for marketing purposes for transfers to backwater European and Asian clubs.

We will then proceed to lose all matches and our ranking will tank accordingly.

No experimenting or fine tuning of tactics. Such is the NFF way.

I sincerely hope majority of the players called for the tournament aren't home based players, they should wait for the CHAN tournament and CAF competition for the various clubsides to prove themselves.

Having them play rubbish that'll wreck our FIFA rankings and end up in places like Bulgarian and Albanian leagues is not worth it.

Pls go and read about unity cup or you forgot this is not our first participation, have you asked yourself why Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica plus Ghana and Nigeria.

The tournament is for fun now left for participating nations to use it to develop her players for the future.

Pls make we dey cool down on home based players o,we too dey drag Dem anyhow abi na dem put us in WC qualification tight situation.

Kai with our star players we are behind Rwanda,Benin, struggling with Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

Pls just mention a club in Benin,Rwanda, Lesotho and Zimbabwe that is making waves in CAF competitions.

Mind you CHAN is bigger than Unity Cup.....unity cup that a very good friend of mine used as a cap for eagles, playing for Woking fc in developmental or national league in England.

Dayo Ajoge always seeing himself as ex international with few minutes cap against Jamaica.

Chelle should take it serious and see it as a tournament for the future and possibly see one or two players who are ready to mix with big boys.

Hope Chelle take it serious cuz I remember a tournament was played years ago in London after 2002 WC,a friend Dayo Ajoge made comeo appearance due to unavailable of invited players.

Hope you remember this tournament of 4 nations in London
Yes I remember that 4 nations tourney, where the Big boys were giving excuses and opted out.

Very debatable especially for a player with no goal in Afcon.

it's a no brainer really. Too little time to train the main squad for the tournament coupled with the fact that most of them would still be in their clubs by the time the tournament starts. besides it will be good practice for CHAN this year.

Some just don't want to accept it Kanu was very average for eagles(6 Afcons 3 WCs with no goal, even talking assists,Odegbami and Siasia are better than him, though talking Europe football career he is the best but Osimhen is breaking that record soon.I just hope players like Osimhen, Lookman made it to WC so that old records can be broken....

I think it's time for some of us here to understand how things are being done regarding football friendlies or invitational tournament.....the 4 nations tournament is out of FIFA window and you are expecting NFF to invite grade A players.

The Mexican friendly you are talking about gave us Stanley Nwabali and Olisa Ndah, sometimes it's not about winning but exposing your players and fact Mexican football federation lacks fund to cover for our grade A players.....the second friendly saw mixing of foreign and home base and this was due to fund made available by Mexican football federation.

Yes NFF is annoying but getting this invitation tournament is good for the future

Was it Nigerians or NFF that dismissed him? NFF shoyld have done better
