You guys don’t understand, Osihmen is not European either by birth or citizenship, it’s better he goes to a club for his good mental health and happiness, all these ucl is no big deal, he’s already a star with global recognition, all he needs is a club where he will be well respected. Even the Man U sef I no want as the British press no go let am rest. It’s up to him sha. I need osihmen more for the national team than any gaddem ucl. If am him I will stay in turkey or go to Saudi.

Kanu is most intelligent and high soccer IQ Nigerian player ever. Okocha is most technically gifted Nigerian player of all time. My favorite super eagles player of all time I witnessed play could be Osaze odemwingie
pls watch an intelligent player.

It's better you always separate between the greatest super eagles player and the greatest Nigerian player,it will make it easier for people to understand and cause less arguments.
Even between the best and the greatest.

Like in my own book,
Kanu is the greatest Nigerian player of all time, and probably the best Nigerian player, but he may not necessarily be the greatest or best super eagles player of all time.
The title for greatest super eagles player should go to Rashidi.

In this way.

Greatest Nigerian player of all time: Kanu

Greatest super eagles player of all time: Rashidi.

Best Nigerian player of all time: Okocha/Kanu

Best super eagles player of all time: ??
thank you very much…the debate started with being the super eagles player and some people wanna dethrone Yekini for Kanu….Yekini is the best super eagles player so far…anyone wey no gree make ge go dey watch olympic and uefa champions league….This page is even primarily dedicated to super eagles before secondarily looking at other Nigerian team and club level

so what brought Kanu into the conversation, if not same person that mentioned Yekini as SE best player was at the same time talking down on Kanus achievements to make his point appear legit.

You can't talk about SE players with talking about their club performance week in week out. You did not notice this players until they begin to perform for their various clubs. Let's not deceive ourselves, I don't care about champions league blah blah blah, but Lookman hattrick almost shot down the page. If Osimhen score hattrick for his club this place go shut down.

As they perform for their club we need them to perform for the national team cos that’s what will grow our football. Boniface is doing well at club level but how many people here still want him in the national team in fact some don’t want to see him again at all. Is that deception?

No! You are not changing topic, talking about Cameron, it's it not worrisome that after the world cup qualifier it did not take caf a week to ask for replay of Cameron vs Kenya match but deem it fit to be silent about south Africa ineligible player.

Hope this current caf president does no end up been worst than hayatu.

I don't think that what happened according to how I watched it, I think he wasn't reacting to the foul, he saw who fouled him.

I think the other player he attacked said something annoying to him while he was on the floor. You know how Osimhen dey when them foul am na, he go dey ground for like 7 seconds before he stand up 😏 but yesterday he just sprang up as that guy bend towards am.

Maybe that's what happened, maybe it wasn't, but that's exactly what it looked like...
He actually said something to him. An insult or a racist remark. Cos the way Osimhen refused to back down despite the ref and teammates on him shows that guy said something.

It definitely no deception but if we want to pick a new face to replace him, we still go look at his club performance. Iheanacho was one of our top performer for country with a good goal per game ratio, but we still call for him to be dropped base mainly on his club performance. So what we need is to a balance not saying we don't care how they perform for club.

nacho's call up for the last 3 years has mostly been because of his national team performance. His club form has only been just good enough to warrant a call up.

Baba on Iheanacho, his Super Eagles performance was dwindling too that was why the call for him being dropped is loud.

West Ham Olarewaju Mubarak Awesu news made me to remember ex Nigeria international Kunle Awesu,a left winger, many who watched him in the 70s always saying he is the best ever Nigeria left foot winger....fans in 70s till date believe that Kunle Awesu and Thompson Usiyen are the bests, rating Usiyen over Yekini.

The duo of Awesu and Usiyen left Nigeria to United States to pursue their academic goals and fans were shattered by that decision, funny AWESU left without informing his club and friends like Okala,Muda Lawal.

Kunle Awesu lived a very secluded life and till date nobody can trace his family history, his wife, children even his grandparents but from what I heard Kunle Awesu hailed from Offa in Kwara State.

Are we going to have another AWESU in Lanre in eagles after Kunle, time will tell but NFF need to cap our FBs keepers ASAP, recently we are on dearth of quality keepers, capping Arthur Okonkwo and the likes not a bad idea

Oga Zicky,Kanu is intelligent and won laurels that only Mikel can compete with but Kanu cannot be the best Nigeria player ever, only way to rate Nigeria best player is Super eagles,I repeat it Super eagles.......how could Nigeria best ever player went to 6 Afcons and 3 WCs with no goal and his assists is debatable..... Argentines accepted Messi after winning WC,and they valued his goals and assists.

I respect Kanu cuz I watched his debut match live for Nationale against Ranchers bees of Kaduna in FA cup played in Ilorin,he came in from the bench and scored, zeal it for Iwanyanwu in a dramatic way, after the match me and my friends went to Circular hotel in Ilorin where Nationale lodged to see tall and skinny boy Kanu, then baba I be real local football fan and tagged stadium boy.

Pls how would you rate Boniface as at today in Nigeria football history compare to Osimhen and Lookman
