Abeg, I bought one second hand poco m3. There's an update of 2.6gb which I downloaded but after downloading instead of it to install the download it either says "can't download" or it's stuck at "decrypting". At first I thought my data finished but I checked and I still have some left. I switched the data to the other sim and it's still the same.


Please, what's the solution to this?

I suspect that they changed my battery because I noticed that the back of the phone is now swollen and when it gets to 30% it just counts down to zero and dies.
