It was explicitly stated that applicants should pay visa fees at the bank, and don't insist on any other means. Stanbic bank have a special deposit slip they will issue you when you pay at the bank, and It must be submitted along the other documents. Marshlaw: |

*Please should the highlighted section be filled? I don't know any protocol number. **Also, they said the form has to be signed but there is no space for signature. Any idea? *** Is the self-introduction letter(as required by the Brazilian consulate) the same as cover letter? Kindly respond, I would appreciate everyone's input and suggestions. Thank you Cc SugarPg, erico2k2, TadeDetule, untamed,

erico2k2:You get your protocol number after applying online. It comes with the printout after online application. I only used introduction letter I dont know about cover letter. I actually used the study route. Regarding signature, I guess it should be on the foot of the second page. I think the new online form is a bit different from the previous but I think it still has a space for signature on the second page |

You don't need to fill that protocol number and visa type,, just leave it. You need to print out this form, fill it in capital letter, on the second page you will see where to sign. Marshlaw: |

Marshlaw:Is the attached manual Visa application form not a 2 paged documents? Can't you see the space for signature under? I wonder where you got your own 1 page document from without signature. Anyway, you can go ahead and do as you wish.

Kossyfelicia: sirrotex:https://ec-lagos.itamaraty.gov.br/login You can start your application from this link. Create an account and read through the requirements for the VIVIS. And yes, you must submit your international passport together with your application. Also as a self employed person with CAC documents, try to include your TCC as well. It goes to show your company is actually running and you’re paying tax. It’s an added advantage. |
| Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by dvs511: 10:38pm On Apr 10, 2025 |
deboskie:Separate applications and separate fees. When sending your documents via courier to the embassy, send together in one package. Plus your travel plans and marriage certificate will let them know you guys are going as one. Also include your wife’s bank statement even if you’re the one to finance the trip. |
