You didn't quote me but as someone who has benefited immensely from this thread I'd like to say:
1. As for reducing your balance from 592 to 138, this is clearly a risk management problem. I think your knowledge in this aspect is not enough and should do some more readings. Myself as an example only trade BNB with a x3 leverage. BNB is very liquid and with two or three successful trades in a day, ranging between 15 - 25 USDT, I close shop for the day. With a x3 leverage, worst that would have happened to your 592 is you lose the 92 on top. It is also beneficial psychologically, because you won't be under the same amount of pressure, or won't be as desperate to make 92 USDT back, as you would trying to make over 500 USDT back.
2. If you think the trading fees of the platform you're on is too much, I recommend you switch to B1nance. But regardless of the exchange you're on, another thing you should be aware of is funding fees. Don't go trading funny pairs like FUN/USDT their funding fees will kill you. Stick to BTC or BNB for now.
Thanks so much for taking time to advise me. You are on point with the risk management and I panicked twice as the P&L was fast approaching liquidation and I immediately cancelled only for it to reverse and land on my take profit and even stayed in the range for a while. Solana was my nemesis, very volatile and crazy.

I use Bybit and I learnt it has the cheapest fees but the fees are often half of whatever I make for I stance, if I make 56usdt, I end up getting 26usdt as profit, Bybit take 13usdt for opening and 13 for closing. I also use 50x as advised by a you tube video. Can you suggest how I can manage my risk better? I feel so defeated right now. I am content with making just 5 - 10 ROI daily fees excluded

I have shared my strategies way too many times to the point people are already tired of of hearing about them and I'm kinda tired of sharing them too.

It seems you're looking for a mentor, which there are probably people on this thread who'll glady fill the position.

I only come here when I want to remind people of something then ghost. That's just how I like it now and nothing more.
Can you reshare just for me? I will like to adopt the strategies. Thanks

Three important things happened today. They might not be important to you, but they are to me and a few others.

1. 5 Green day (what if we get the extended version?)
2. -10% dump in a day
3. Hit the Wall of China

The game requires patience and knowing what you're waiting for.
They are important. The most important tool anyone playing with crypto can have is patience and less greed.

If Trump nor open he mouth tomorrow, 74/76k region will hold at least for a while.

But if Trump open mouth and shout China or Tarrif just know say na Niger delta we dey go find crude oil.

Meanwhile NASDAQ 100 just entered full bear mode. Stocks are bleeding 🩸
Hopefully this support holds.

Mind you, we are all a gambler irrespective of what some persons will say I’m not a gambler. What you are not certain of or what you can’t control the outcome is a gamble.

You mean Bybit takes 50% of whatever you make?

How manage, why is yours that high?

This is the first time I've heard this — Mine is too insignificant that I didn't even notice till iLegendd talked about it last year or so — Since I started monitoring it, it's still not as high as yours irrespective of my leverage.

There's no special thing or magic behind my setups. At first, I was using X20 - X25 leverage on Altcoins, and as high as X125 on BTC and ETH.

But these days I only use X10 on altcoins, LTC is X15, SOL, and BNB are X25 — While ETH is X30, and X50 - X75 on BTC. In all these, the fee they take is dependent on your margin (capital) and leverage used.

I increased my margin and then lowered my leverage — Nobody likes burning money and getting liquidated early. Once it's BTC or ETH, I'm okay with just 100% profits, sometimes I leave it to hit 150% before taking profit and leaving the rest to ride.

You don't just follow whatever advice you saw on YouTube or X — The influencer might have a huge portfolio and would barely notice any charges incurred and I bet they don't leave the trade to skyrocket or hit TP, they take profit along the way — His 30% unrealized profit might be running in hundreds - Thousands of $.

Unlike us who want to use $10 to make $100 in a single trade.

You might want to use only 10% of your margin to enter each trade and lower your leverage to maybe X15 - X10, it'll help reduce the fees.

BTC is now in a good DCA position for those that may not be certain of best entry and won't want to be sidelined. Personally, I'm looking for 70-69K for a legendary reversal
