Sounds like jock itch which is a fungal infection but best to consult your local pharmacy or a doctor and improve your hygiene. Typically you will get a topical cream which should sort it out.

Mostly sign of vineral disease.

Stop sugar and bear forever. Absorb lots of energy from sunlight. I mean intensely. Eat fruit a lot and take lot of water. You will be fine. Don't go for drugs ooo ..just follow this step. Give yourself 1_2 weeks you will be fine. It will stop. Guarantee.

It is a fungi infection. It is treatable but requires a certain level of consistency in your medication to flush it out. You may see your GP for a dosage prescription. With Fluconazole tablets and mycoten cream, you will be just fine.
