tinubu cannot win south east and south-south. he would win south west north central but obi and atiku would get substantial vote from there too. if atiku wins north-east and northwest substanstially (with buhari plus kwakwanso backing) he would win the election. obi has 2 years to build solid structures to improve his 2023 votes let say be a million extra vote. total voter turn out has been consistently decreasing due to bvas usage.
